17-year-old Charged with Assaulting Bar Employee

Richmond Police say on Friday, they charged a 17-year-old male for assault involving an incident a few days prior at Nikki’s Tavern. Police say on October 16th, the employee checking id’s outside the bar was approached by 4 men. One of them demanded he give them his bracelet and cell phone.
