Breathitt County Standoff Update:
The standoff situation in the Jackson community of Breathitt County has ended peacefully this afternoon. The man inside the home told police he was asleep and that’s why he didn’t answer the door. Police are questioning him now and aren’t sure if charges will be filed. Witness
