Eastern Kentucky University police say they arrested an 18-year-old freshman for terrorist threatening after a suspicious item was found in Palmer Hall. Police say residence hall staff found a small refrigerator covered with duct tape and a note on it around 4 yesterday afternoon. The dorm was evacuated. Nothing was found
