Forest Fire in Estill County

Irvine Mayor Ernest Lee Farmer says a fire is spreading in Estill County across the mountain around Plumb and North Madison Streets. It started around 8 last night. Farmer says Irvine Fire Department firefighters are standing by to protect structures. Farmer is expecting forestry services to arrive soon to contain the
