On Wednesday, February 6, 2013 the Kentucky State Police, Richmond Post arrested a Bracken County man in connection to a missing juvenile investigation out of Owsley County. The juvenile, Darci Hollan, who had been missing since January 26, 2013, has been located and will be returned to Owsley County.
