In Powell County court this morning, two men accused in 2 separate murders over the weekend plead not guilty. Terrance Wagner was charged with the stabbing death of 50-year-old Kelly McCoy on Saturday. 66-year-old Ralph Allyn was charged in the shooting death of his girlfriend, 64-year-old Barbara Martin on Sunday.
