Rockcastle Woman Facing more than 700 Charges

Police in Rockcastle County say a woman has been arrested on 726 felonies, ranging from unlawful access to a computer to misuse of computer information. Karen Mink was arrested on Wednesday night after a 7 month investigation. Police say Mink worked at Cash Express in Mt. Vernon and used customer names
