State Police Investigate Death in Garrard County

Kentucky State Police say they are investigating a death in Garrard County. Police were called just after 7 Thursday night to Drakes Creek near Crab Orchard for a welfare check of a homeowner. Family of 64—year-old Ormand Van Winkle told police they hadn’t heard from him in several days. Once there,
