Winchester Fatal Fire Now Murder Investigation

State police say a fatal fire in Winchester is now being investigated as a murder. 50-year-old Kenneth Payton died in that fire yesterday. This morning, one of his roommates, Aaron Spencer plead not guilty to arson charges.
